Now Scheduling Walkthroughs

Your Price and Finish Date, Signed Before Demo

We remodel home interiors across Dallas–Fort Worth, and every job starts with a line-item price and a dated schedule.

We do interior work only: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, drywall, doors and trim. If the scope changes mid-job, you get a written change order with the new price and the new finish date before we continue.

Scope of Work

What We Build

Four categories of interior work, within 50 miles of Dallas.

  • Kitchen interior with installed cabinets and countertop

    Kitchens

Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and appliance placement. Priced line by line before demolition starts.

  • Bathroom interior with tiled shower and vanity

    Bathrooms

Showers, tile, vanities, and fixtures. Licensed subcontractors for plumbing and electrical work.

  • Hardwood floor with a threshold transition between two rooms

    Flooring

Hardwood, tile, and transitions between rooms. Subfloor condition is checked and reported before the price is written.

  • Interior wall with finished drywall, trim, and paint

    Paint & Drywall

Drywall repair, texture, trim, and interior paint. Surface prep is listed as its own line.

Most remodels go wrong before the first day of work. Ours start on paper.

Three Things We Hear Most From DFW Homeowners

  • The Number Moved Twice

You agreed on a price by text. After demo it moved twice, with no written reason.

  • Nine Days, No Answer

The crew stopped showing up. Calls went to voicemail and nobody told you why.

  • A Few Weeks Is Not a Date

Nobody would put a finish date on paper, so you couldn't plan anything around it.

None of that happens by accident. It happens when nothing was written down at the start.

Here's What We Put in Writing Instead

  • One Price, Signed Line by Line

Your price is signed line by line, and it moves only with a change order you sign first.

  • One Name, One Number

You get one project lead by name, and a written reply within 2 business days, every time.

  • A Finish Date, Not a Range

Your contract carries a calendar finish date, dated and signed, before the first crew arrives.

Three Jobs, Three Signed Prices

  • SAMPLE — NOT A REAL REVIEW

SAMPLE — REPLACE · מחיר שלא זז

The line-item price we signed at the start is the price I paid at the end. One change came up mid-job, and I saw the new number in writing before anyone touched it.

  • SAMPLE — NOT A REAL REVIEW

SAMPLE — REPLACE · תקשורת וזמינות

I had one person to call the whole way through, and I never waited more than a day for an answer. I always knew what was happening in my house that week.

  • SAMPLE — NOT A REAL REVIEW

SAMPLE — REPLACE · עמידה בתאריך סיום

The finish date was on the contract before demo started, and that's the date they finished on. I planned the rest of my month around it and nothing moved.
